Customer service is open all week from 10am to 7pm. This will allow you to check the availability of the cruise on the date you want. Thanks to your reservation, Eiffel Croisières can guarantee you the best possible welcome aboard our restaurant boats.

Eiffel Croisières’ Chef concocts seasonal menus using fresh produce for all cruises. By choosing your menu in advance, you’ll enable him to prepare your meal on board in the best possible way. In the Prestige menu, the seafood platter must be chosen in advance to guarantee it for the cruise.

You can also let us know your preferences, such as the vegetarian or children’s menu, and any allergies or intolerances we need to take into account for you or your guests during the meal.

On board the boat, you’ll be able to use a QR code to download onto your phone a description of the monuments you’ll be able to visit during the cruise. The description is available in English and French.

Our boats feature outdoor terraces where you can smoke freely. Smoking is not permitted on the boat.

Proper attire is required to board Eiffel Croisières boats. Should you fail to do so, our staff may refuse you boarding.
